Hand forged san mai construction with 1.2562 steel and old wrought iron from Stockholm.

The blade has a thin s-grind(dubble hollow) and nail flexing edge.

Hand sanded and etched to reveal the beautiful wrought iron. Polished for improved cutting performance.

This is a carbon steel knife, and will over time get a nice patina, rinse with water after use and wipe dry to prevent it from rust. The wrought iron jacket is soft and the thin steel core is very hard. Abuse may bend the blade and chip the steel. Do not use to crush garlic for example.
