Shipping and processing

The processing time for items in the shop (not custom orders) are 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped with insurance and a tracking number. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery if there are any damages that occurred during shipping.

Custom and import taxes

Custom charges, VAT and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping charges of an item. All items are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden. Marius Smide is not responsible for any delays due to customs. Shipping and delivery time are estimates only.

Returns

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged package.

• Customers are responsible for international shipping fees, customs and/or duty fees.

• If the knifes gets damaged in shipping and have to be replaced, I will make a new similar knife within 5 months or you get refunded.

• If the knives don’t meet your expectation please contact me and we sort it out.

Please contact me if you have any questions about your order and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Warranties 

If the knife is treated right, It will last for generations.  If something happens with the knives, please contact me and we sort it out. Smaller things like broken tip and chipping I will fix for a small cost. Customer pay shipping costs.

Custom order

Please email me if you want to place a custom order. Custom orders are at the discretion of Marius Smide. I can’t guarantee its possible due to time and materials. For custom orders I charge a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the final price of the item. Custom orders can’t be cancelled when I started the build and are non-refundable.
