San mai Damascus Gyuto
Forged San mai construction with cladding made out of old Swedish wrought iron and nickel steel. 

The blade is etched and has a high polished finish for superior cutting performance. It will after some use get a beautiful patina.

Handle is made out of ebony wood.

This knife is made of carbon steel and will rost if not taken care of, rinse with water and wipe dry after use.

The steel is heat treated to 64 hrc and has a thin dubble hollow (s) grind.
